OK, good news 1st:
It has nothing to do with Yanel, the build system by itself does copy all the
files at the right place, neat.

Bad news: under Eclipse when rebuilding a resource-type configured with the
(indeed still-alpha) "do.autopatch.cnode1.webapp.WEB-INF.classes" option, all
files but classes (but not the directories) in WEB-INF/classes disappear! :o
This seems like a Eclipse 3.4 -> 3.5 regression! :(

So please ignore everything from comment 2 to this comment: it's irrelevant to
this bug.
