Strangely the bug in comment 4 above does occur for a page that was already
successfully loaded previously, *without any server restart inbetween*! So it
probably has something to do with (my) network configuration (as the bug not
occuring for Michi without network connection and on Hudson also confirms)...

I am also upping the log level in conf/CatalogManager.properties to try and see
more...
