[Yanel-dev] Building the Yanel webapp efficiently

Hi

I am currently doing a few changes on the Yanel webapp itself, in 
particular the default implementation of the Yanel toolbar menus.
In order to build it efficiently one can run the following commands at once

./build.sh compile-webapp copy-basic-webapp-libs 
copy-webapp-files-to-tomcat-cluster-node1

which takes 6 seconds on my IBM ThinkPad T43p

instead having to wait a couple of minutes running the whole build 
process which checks on all realms and resources.

I will add some documentation on this, but it seems if every developer 
takes these things by heart, then we can become much more efficient and 
it will also be much more fun to develop webapps in general with Yanel.
