Well, you would not want to do that as a user but it makes upgrading it
and managing our customizations to Ant easier IMHO.
Indeed the value of the ANT_HOME environment variable is still hard-coded.
If we really want to provide Yanel packages for packaging systems that
already have an Ant package available this would also help.
