Opened bug 6934 and bug 6935.

Now only thing to do is to update the documentation:
 - according to the ML thread notes (see bug description)
 - also NSIS GUI changed slightly from 2.24 to 2.42 impacting the procedure:
maybe rather document the command-line procedure, which could be automatized
nicely one day and (who knows) tested on a Windows continuous integration
setup!

BTW all of this was only tested under Windows 2000, somebody should also test
using Windows XP or Vista!
