Windows installer:
- asks to agree with the terms of the Apache Software License whereas I am not
sure this is needed for a *binary* release; not sure LICENSE.txt is needed at
the root of the installation directory
 - does not include NOTICE.txt from $YANEL_HOME whereas I am almost certain
this on the contrary is needed (and maybe only needed for binary releases BTW)

I did not check the Unix installer for license text files, maybe it also has
issues.
