[Yanel-dev] Ant/Subversion build system changes

Hi!

Late yesterday I changed the way the Yanel build system integrates with 
Ant to make easier to upgrade it/see what's customized there, see 
http://bugzilla.wyona.com/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=6919 for details.

This should work for any version of Ant/Subversion starting from 
1.6/1.0, I tested under Windows with an old TortoiseSVN with both an 
HTTP and HTTPS checkout, and under Linux with a Subversion 1.5 HTTPS 
checkout.

However there is now an (HTTP) svn:external reference which might 
possibly cause credentials issues under some yet not foreseen 
circumstances...

Anyway it's easy enough to test, you just have to update, see if it 
works and report any problems here! :)
