For users and groups there is already a minimalistic UI (made some time ago by
Josias to demonstrate the use of ExecutableUsecaseResource according to Simon)
which seems to do the job, see
https://localhost:8080/yanel/yanel-website/usecases/user-mgmt/list-users.html
and
https://localhost:8080/yanel/yanel-website/usecases/user-mgmt/list-groups.html
For policies, we should probably mimic this existing UI to have something
consistent, also having 2 working examples would help.
If we do that then we would not need the scriptable resource (bug 6766) just
for this.

Once these 3 use cases all work, we may have to clean up the UI a bit if
needed.
