no. The transitions are configurable, for example within

src/realms/yanel-website/content/workflow/workflow-with-review.xml

which is referenced by

src/realms/yanel-website/res-configs-repo/data/en/documentation/index.html.yanel-rc

and hence one should be able to retrieve them via the workflow API and 
make them available within the toolbar menu

these implementations are not finished yet and should also be finished, 
whereas I am not sure hot the show diff should be done,
whereas I am sure there is some java lib which is capable of doing 
something like this.

Btw, the same thing should be done for the "from scratch realm" toolbar menu
