Well, after discussion with Simon it works, but you have to add quite some
duplicated bootstrapping code to every single Ant build file for which to be
able to use that.

We obviously need some duplication[1] if we want to be able to bootstrap the
build in every Ant build file, but we should strive for less of it.

[1]: a minima maybe just an import task call using a relative path if ever
possible
