[Yanel-dev] styling of from-scratch-realm

Hi

I like the idea of making the from-scratch-realm more attractive by
pimping the layout. But one has to be careful not to run into
trouble with layouts, not only concerning license problems. I think
the default layout should be:

- minimal and/or
- unique

Before choosing/developing a default layout, some decisions should
be made, respectively one has to make sure that it doesn't lead to
further problems:

- location and functionality of navigation
- accessibility
- browser compatibility
- print version
- extensibility of layout/possible restrictions
- ... (?)
