ATM this looks messy because our Maven files seems like they are only
decorative (they are mostly empty and we seem to use only these inported
dependancies.xml Ant files instead).

Using real Maven files (or I'd even prefer ditch Maven stuff and use Ivy
instead for that matter) could allow use to generate the Eclipse .classpath
file for example...
