Yanel 1.0 should come with a nice looking and well working 1.0 "from scratch"
realm (potentially be called "quick start realm"). 
This means:
- every page with a template, consistency between the pages
- consistent choice of fonts and images, as well as real estate usage
- consistent I18n
- useful texts and links given on the pages that are there
- nice overall template (potentially re-use the Informatica08 template)
- other ... (to be identified)

This "incident" is about locating where the changes need to be made.
