[Yanel-dev] Moving the logs out of the build dir (concerns Yanel source version)

Hi

Currently the log files are saved within YANEL_SOURCE_HOME/build/logs

I would like to move them out of the build dir to YANEL_SOURCE_HOME/logs

whereas I would make this configurable within

src/build/local.build.properties

The advantage would be that one can delete the build dir completely 
without loosing the log files
and also one can have the logs dir configurable by local.build.properties.

Any objections?
