[Yanel-dev] resource-type/@package example

Hi

I have added a resource-type/@package example to

src/realms/from-scratch-realm-template/resource-types.xml

whereas the library is referenced at

src/realms/welcome-admin/src/build/dependencies.xml

because the from-scratch-realm does not have a realm build file.

So far it seems to work fine, which means we can now link resource libs 
without having
to have reference the source code. I think this helps a lot re 
deployment of binary releases.
