Talked with Michi, this is all about allowing languages to use a file-level
language URI mapping instead of a site-wide one, e.g. /path/to/page_de.html
instead of /de/path/to/page_de.html to access a German page.

ATM what is done is redirecting to the right homepage for the user language,
which then contains links with the right language prefix, and then we "stay" in
the right language.

Deemed unimportant for now by Michi => P3.
