Dear Simon

Thanks very much for the lookup resource type. I have added it to 
conf/resource-types.xml
and it works, whereas two items I have noticed re image lookup:

- I think it would be very important to add the upload/browse field such 
that people can directly upload images
- I don't think one should be able to select a folder in the case of 
image lookup
