[Yanel-dev] Strip namespace problem

Hi
During integrating Xopus  I have noticed that the XML resource has still 
the problem re stripping namespaces when applying an XSLT

I think it can be rather confusing and one can waste a lot of time when 
searching for the actual problem and hence I think we should
set fixing this to a high priority.
