In addition I found the following, but I am not 100% sure of what features are
required, so these may not be appropriate:

http://code.google.com/p/gwt-html-editor/ is Apache licensed (requires
GWT, also Apache licensed).

BXE - http://www.bitfluxeditor.org/ - is Apache lic. May only be usable in
FF/Mozilla.

RTE - http://www.kevinroth.com/rte/demo.htm - is Creative Commons
licensed.

Composite http://composite.mozdev.org/ is BSD/MPL but almost certainly
only usable with FF.

Or what about one of the wiki editors, would that be possible, or does it
have to be wysiwyg? If so, what about Tiddlywiki (BSD lic.)'s editor? Or am I
completely off with this?
