[Yanel-dev] XML Resource and Yarep revisions

Hi

When trying to fix data by hand within the yarep repository I have 
noticed that it isn't sufficient anymore to change data within the 
"data" directory, but also one has to change the data within the 
"yarep-meta" directory.

IIRC it used to be sufficient to only change data within the "data" 
directory (which mabye was bad but rather convenient ;-)

Has anything changed and if so what was the reason for this change?
