[Yanel-dev] Adding a node to the sitetree

Hi

It's not clear to me which component is responsible to add new resources 
to the sitetree/topicmap of a realm.

Is it the resource itself or the adapter using the interfaces of the 
resource.

The adapter would be convenient, because one doesn't have to implement 
it then for each resource, whereas I could imagine that some resources 
don't want to be added to the sitetree/topicmap.
