[Yanel-dev] empty files

hi all

i just tried to add an empty css file, which i wanted to add but not use 
at the moment. the idea was to provide this file to allow some other 
person to edit the css via introspection. but yanel doesn't seem to like 
empty files. it throws an error: InputStream of view does not seem to 
contain any data!

is this a bug or feature? i consider this rather a bug.
