Seems like what remains TBD would be only:
 - comment #2, but I cannot `find` neither chooseTest.xsl nor copyOutput.xsl so
they must have been removed somehow
 - maybe "position the checkboxes at the beginning of each line" (if it was not
already retrofitted in the patch)?
