AFAICU running the HTMLUnit tests on a Hudson configuration where Yanel 
runs in the root context is currently not possible, at least without yet 
another local change to Hudson working copy of the code: 
AbstractHtmlUnitTest does not allow a local configuration that would 
override htmlunit-properties.xml where the Yanel base URL is stored.

Or is it?
