[Yanel-dev] Status and Workflow Icons

Hi

In order to increase usability I would like to introduce various status 
and workflow icons (whereas the workflow icons are configurable and 
depend on the specific workflow one is using)

Status icons:
 
 - world: is a page live
 - lock: is a "page" checkout (whereas this has not necessarily to be a 
page!)
 - clock: is a "page" scheduled


Workflow icons (examples):

- pencil (draft)
- glasses (review)
- tick (approved)
