Ok, I rediscovered (I just had forgotten about it) this very nice, long-running
and indeed quite famous list named 'TTW ("Through the Web") WYSIWYG Web

    - as is seems to only an be example more than a product, using this would
probably require extending it and so learning Dojo which may take a while...
 - also Loki does only XHTML but is GPL-licensed :(
