[Yanel-dev] Removing existing xmlapi and xerces libs

Hi

The following build target(s) are copy a specific xerces and xmlapis

ask-to-copy-endorsed-xerces-to-node1:

but sometimes a Tomcat already has similar libs which then can lead to a 
conflict.

I would suggest that these build targets are removing all conflicting 
libs first (of course the build process would ask first ;-)
