[Yanel-dev] DB within a cluster

Hi

I just realized that when a Yanel instance is starting/stopping a DB, 
e.g. HSQL-DB and each cluster node instance has a reference to it, then 
it means when one is shutting down the cluster node properly also the DB 
will be shutdown, which means the other cluster nodes are not able to 
connect anymore.

I guess we should make this configurable somehow, or start/stop the DB 
from a dedicated instance.
