[Yanel-dev] @YANEL_SRC_DIR@ introduced

Hi

I have introduced a parameter @YANEL_SRC_DIR@ within conf/realms.xsl 
which should make it clearer relative to what the source of resources 
are being resolved.

One can still specify absolute path and also relative paths, whereas the 
relatives path are actually the one which don't really make sense anymore.

Please let me know if you experience any problems.
