add global-htdocsPath and resource-htdocsPath to the usecase-frame-works and
basicXML resources xslt transformers (and jelly context).
if this two parameters (especialy the globalHtdocs) are available it's possible
to use for example prototype.js from yanel instead of providing a copy in each
realm.
