[Yanel-dev] Yanel Toolbar and Pages with Frames

It seems to me that pages with frames do not display the toolbar, e.g.

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/yanel-website/javadoc/index.html

Can anyone confirm? I think we should open an enhancement bug.
