[Yanel-dev] default realm config introduced

Hi

I order to simplify and make configurations of realms and resources more 
consistent, we have introduced the default realm config name "realm.xml" 
which doesn't has to be specified anymore within conf/realms.xml or 
conf/local/local.realms.xml.

Please note that you might have to update your local.realms.xml 
accordingly, but actually it should be backwards compatible, except for 
the yanel-website realm, where the config has been renamed according to 
the default setting.
