[Yanel-dev] resolveFile method fixed such that it also works with relative paths

Hi

I have fixed the resolveFile method within

src/core/java/org/wyona/yanel/core/map/RealmConfiguration.java

such that one can define realm configs also with relative paths within 
realms.xml
which is especially obvious for the binary snapshot.

I have tested it on UNIX and it would be great if somebody could also 
give it a try on Windows resp. send feedback in case it doesn't work 
properly.
