removes extra slash between backToRealm and reservedPrefix in Toolbar

* there was an extra slash between backToRealm and reservedPrefix when creating
the link to the about page.  This is not needed, even if backToRealm is null.
* also added the filter for the realm mount-point when computing backToRealm,
as was done for the login screen.
