for the binary version the context is hardcoded to ROOT.

for the source version it adds the servlet context from build.properties to the
browser path. 
there is still a *problem* though. if the ROOT is configured as the servlet
context within build.properties it add ROOT to the browserpath (e.g.
http://localhost:8080/ROOT) wich is bad but hard to fix. the same problem
exists in the screen after building.
