fix IE issues

fixes scroll problems in IE, strange menu style in IE7
tested in firefox1.5, IE6.0, IE7.0, konqueror3.5.2

there are still some problems:
-in IE7 in the root realm the menus don't work and the scrolling either. 
-in konqueror the yanel logo disappeared.
