xinclude transformer

This patch adds an XIncludeTransformer. 
It resolves elements like:

<xi:include href="yanelresource:/path/to/resource"/>

Eventually we could include the menu as follows (if we had a navigation-menu
resource):
<xi:include href="yanelresource:/navigation/menu.xml"/>
