i activated the QA-contact field in bugzilla and added 
yanel-development at wyona.com as the initial QA-contact. i think this is 
enough. if the initial owner also would be set to 
yanel-development at wyona.com the mailinglist would recievie 2 mails until 
someone would take the bug.

now the QA-contact field is just set if one opens a new bug for all the 
old bugs the QA-contact field is empty.

if one edits an old bug the QA-contact field should be set to 
yanel-development at wyona.com by hand.
