there seems to be a problem in windows as jon pointed out:

On Windows there is a problem with the filepaths being longer than 100 characters.

This error occurs for nearly all of the class files, so after installing and
starting Yanel, Tomcat fails to load the webapp because of these class errors.

As you can see, I even shortened the 'yanel-${revision}-...' part of the path to
just 'yanel', but the paths are still too long.
