[Yanel-dev] Localization/Internationalization of Toolbar

Hi

AFAIK the Yanel toolbar is not yet localizable.

And suggestions how we best implement this are very welcome, whereas 
please note that the toolbar can
be defined for various levels:

1) Resource config of a specific URL
2) Realm config
3) Yanel default toolbar
