[Yanel-dev] Read-only mode for resource resp. repository

Hi

I have noticed that quite frequently one wants to moved data 
repositories, either new DB or new directory.

The problem is that when one is using a cluster that one cluster node 
should be active, but one risks that
the active cluster node is writing into an "old" repository.

Hence it would be good to introduce a "read-only" flag for Yanel.
