-change config of reserved prefix to yanel.xml
-add ability to get htdocs from resourcetypes by 
/servlet-prefix/realm-prefix/reserved-prefix/resources/resource-ns-resourcetype-name/
e.g. /yanel/yanel-website/yanel/resources/http://www.wyona.org/yanel/1.0::xml/
-add methodes to pathUtil.java
 -getResourcesHtdocs(Resource resource) return String relative path
 -getGlobalHtdocs(String Path) return String relative path
