implement releasing of lock in YanelServlet

* checks for new usecase 'release-lock' in YanelServlet.java, and calls
cancelCheckout() when found.
* adds cancelCheckout() method to XML and File resources, which calls
cancelCheckout() in Yarep (thanks Josias).
* Note: patch requires updating Yarep to latest version (r25155).
