add live view

This patch implements a live view which depends on the absence of the toolbar.
Note that most documents in the yanel-website realm are not live atm, this
means they won't be accessible in the live view (i.e. if the toolbar is not
enabled).

This solution is not optimal...
Any suggestions/comments are welcome ;)
