[Yanel-dev] separate groups from identities

Hi

So far groups are being located and defined within the ac-identities 
repository, but I think we should move the groups out of this, because 
the group affiliations are generally not being shared between two 
realms, but only the identities. This becomes even clearer when one is 
using LDAP as repository.
