[Yanel-dev] icons for resource types

hi all

i would like to propose icons for resource-types. every resource would 
have it's icon which helps visual identification of resource-types (e.g 
in the lookup listing of the creator).

it's actually just a matter of a standard place where each resource-type 
would store its icon.

i would propose to place it in resource-type/htdocs/icon/rt-icon.png
