[Yanel-dev] Ant paths on Windows within property files

Hi

I noticed that ant on Windows has problems with backward slashes within 
properties files.
For instance "configure.bat" didn't work properly because of that. I 
have fixed it and everything seems to work
fine now (see build.xml and look for pathconvert), whereas it might be 
something to consider in the future.
