[Yanel-dev] request blocker

hi all

i'm currently working on a update manager. the manager will look up for 
new updates and install them.

before installing the new one it should backup the old yanel so one 
could revert to the old version.

the problem when backuping the old yanel it should be a kind of locked, 
otherwise it could lead to inconsistency.

the idea i had was to invent a kind of request blocker. which if enable 
  just delivers a kind of maintanance message except for the session 
which requseted the lock.

is there a better way or any downside of this approach?
