[Yanel-dev] Upgrading of junit lib within tools/apache-ant-../lib

Hi

I just noticed that our junit lib is rather old and thought that it 
might make sense to upgrade (whereas it seems that junit-4.4.jar is not 
compatible with Java 1.4 and would probably have to be built from source 
first)
