My bad, I was actually refering to

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/gurit/about_en.html?yanel.resource.meta

which doesn't work

and

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/gurit/de/wer-wir-sind.html?yanel.resource.meta

and which does work
